Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 2 years experience in equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance following codes and uses CMMS.
• Conducts basic preventive maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings to complete tasks.
