Job summary

Atrium Health in Georgia seeks a Maintenance Technician for Navicent Health Medical Center - Facilities. You will perform facility and equipment maintenance, document work in CMMS, and support life safety and utilities systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a trade/skill certification, and a valid driver's license. Experience is less than 2 years in equipment maintenance, with a 40-hour work week and after-hours/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Certifications and/or additional training in a skill/trade/equipment/system applicable to the job needs and location.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance following codes and standards; documents in CMMS.
• Conduces preventive maintenance and repairs on basic facility systems (plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC, electrical).
• Responds to emergencies (leaks, floods, power outages) and reads blueprints/Life Safety drawings.
