Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Navicent Health Medical Center in Georgia. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, document work in CMMS, and support life safety systems to keep hospital services running smoothly.

The role requires basic trades skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work after hours and on weekends. A valid driver’s license and applicable certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; certification/training in a trade is a plus.
• Basic computer skills with CMMS familiarity and Microsoft Office ability.
• Good communication, teamwork, and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with codes; documents in CMMS.
• Conducts preventive maintenance on plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Manage responses to emergencies such as leaks, floods, fires, power outages and equipment failures.
• Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings to complete assignments.
