Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities program, manage the maintenance team, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

The role includes preventative maintenance, capital project oversight, and budget adherence to sustain asset value. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in facilities maintenance, and certifications (CPO/EPA).

Qualifications

• CPO and EPA certifications required.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication.
• Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs promptly.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors for capital projects and annual contracts.
• Maintain inventory of supplies within budget.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and development of Facilities Team members.
• Support on-call emergency maintenance after-hours and weekends.
• Ensure safety procedures and Fire/Life & Safety compliance.
• Provide excellent resident service.
