Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist to support maintenance programs and step in as Maintenance Supervisor when needed. You will partner with regional leadership to maintain asset value and deliver excellent service across properties.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Travel and on-call duties may be involved as part of routine operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience (including HVAC, plumbing and electrical) is required.
• EPA Universal & CPO Certification is required.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as interim Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as needed, including on-call duties.
• Conduct annual property assessments and life safety inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Assist site team with weekly unit and property inspections and documentation.
• Assist in planning and executing the annual turnover process.
• Ensure compliance with Landmark policies, procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Help develop efficient maintenance processes to preserve asset value and customer service.
• Assist with facilities operating budget and purchasing as needed.
• Inventory evaluation of the maintenance shop and inventory control.
