Job summary

ON.energy seeks an Enterprise Application Support Specialist - Assets & Purchasing in the Houston area to support Procore and related asset management and purchasing systems. You will own configuration, testing, and issue resolution across field and back-office environments.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, collaborate with IT and finance, and drive adoption while enforcing governance and data quality across ERP-integrated workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications in asset management, procurement, construction tech, or ERP-adjacent environments.
• Hands-on Procore administration and configuration experience (permissions, workflows, templates, forms).
• Experience with asset management or purchasing systems and strong business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional application issues and integration/data/workflow problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support resource for Procore and supporting asset management, purchasing, and field applications.
• Configure permissions, workflows, templates, forms, directories, and project or asset settings.
• Troubleshoot user, data, and workflow issues; escalate to vendors or internal teams as needed.
• Train users and promote governance, standards, and consistent naming conventions.
