Job summary

Join JLL in Addison, TX as a Facilities Coordinator 2. You will independently manage work order flow, coordinate repairs, and oversee complex events while ensuring adherence to client contracts. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, vendor management, and proactive process improvements.

The position requires 2+ years in facilities management, strong IT tool skills, and excellent communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site, with comprehensive benefits and visa‑neutral status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience as a Facility Coordinator or in a related facilities management role
• Strong proficiency in IT tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual areas of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Independently manage work order flow to ensure operational excellence
• Proactively schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works from start to finish
• Lead the coordination of complex events and meeting facilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend operational changes to the Facility Manager
• Conduct initial site inspections and assessments to maintain facility standards
• Provide independent direction and coordination to a diverse range of vendors ensuring accountability of contracted deliverables
• Assist in the procurement and onboarding of new vendors and services
• Fully own compliance with client contract requirements and act on client feedback
• Problem-solve operational issues independently using a foundational understanding of technical property aspects (ie, MEP, fire protection and life safety systems)
