Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is looking for an Operations Specialist in Malvern, PA to monitor and manage building systems, respond to alarms, and ensure safety and continuity of operations.

You will track incidents, generate shift reports, coordinate with technicians, and support a fast-paced team with strong communication and attention to detail.

This role requires BAS experience, HVAC familiarity, and availability to work Sunday–Wednesday nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with tech-related coursework preferred.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills for reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with BAS and HVAC systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage building systems and alarms via BAS.
• Track, escalate, and communicate incidents per protocols.
• Generate and process work orders, dispatch technicians, and follow up.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure cross-team communication.
• Support shutdown activities and coordinate vendor approvals.
• Maintain customer-focused service and collaborative team work.
