Qualifications

• Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot machinery, and document all maintenance activities.
• Maintain facility grounds through cleaning and upkeep.
