Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Operations Specialist to monitor building systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate shutdowns with BAS. You will process work orders, dispatch technicians, and generate shift reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with tech-related coursework; BAS and HVAC experience are preferred. Strong communication and calm performance under pressure are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technology-related degree or coursework preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems is preferred.
• HVAC experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage alarms for building systems via BAS.
• Track, escalate, and communicate incidents per protocols.
• Assist in shutdown activities and vendor work approvals.
• Receive, create, and dispatch work orders; follow up.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain clear communications.
• Collaborate with team; provide customer-focused service.
• Support operational objectives and perform other duties.
