Job summary

C&W Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the facilities organization at a campus environment, ensuring a well‑maintained building and excellent tenant service.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance and life-safety programs, manage contracts and budgets, prepare reports, and work with vendors to maintain high standards across assigned properties.

Travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in facilities management or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or work-order systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility(s) including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and appearance.
• Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, etc., and coordinate contract programs.
• Compile information for site-specific documentation and reports and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders.
• Assist in developing capital budgets and multi-year maintenance plans.
• Collect, analyze and report facility management data to assess objectives.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and coordinate claims; inspect facilities regularly.
