You will support the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintenance, safety, and the overall functionality of company facilities, coordinating maintenance, vendors, and service providers on-site.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating with employees, contractors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities management or related experience.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, vendor management, and safety practices.
• Experience coordinating contractors and facility projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management and operation of company facilities and workspaces.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems.
• Monitor facility conditions and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule work.
• Maintain records for maintenance activities, inspections, assets, and contracts.
• Support workplace moves, space planning, and facility improvement projects.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, and service contracts.
