Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join on a full-time contract basis. You will support the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintenance, safety, and the overall functionality of company facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities management, building operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management and operation of company facilities and workspaces.
• Support development and implementation of facility maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and address maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
• Monitor contractor work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and service contracts.
• Maintain records for maintenance activities, assets, and vendor services.
• Support moves, space planning, and facility improvement projects.
• Respond to employee requests and facility-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and business continuity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
