Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience or related field.
• Knowledge of facility operations, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and safety practices.
• Experience coordinating contractors and facility projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and facilities management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management and operation of company facilities and workspaces.
• Support development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and address safety and operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
