Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an organized Facilities Work Order Coordinator to join our operations team in Mountain View. In this central role, you will coordinate field technician schedules, manage work order lifecycles, monitor labor and material costs, and support payroll compliance while maintaining accurate vehicle and safety records.

• Years of experience: 3 years.
• Experience level: Experienced.
• Education: Bachelors.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage work orders with detailed scopes, labor requirements, and materials. Assign and schedule internal field technicians.
• Assign and track all technician labor hours, material receipts, and costs under the correct work order and client accounts; tag and organize receipts.
• Maintain technician schedules, job locations, labor estimates, and completion dates; follow up on delays; prepare reports and ensure data accuracy.
