Job summary

The role focuses on implementing SOPs, managing inspections, and coordinating with sales and supply chains to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, related technical field, or equivalent work history.
• Knowledge of ASME, API, DOT, NBIC, and federal/state/local regulations and codes.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to Pioneer Industrial operations.
• Ability to interpret quality audits, test results and define corrective actions.
• Ability to influence leaders across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Follow Pioneer Safety and Quality procedures and regulations.
• Lead safety briefings and address safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Serve as primary quality contact for the facility.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site customer visits as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Set process and quality standards for a safe, quality-oriented culture.
• Oversee daily production assignments and documentation for invoicing.
