Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations in Indiana is seeking a Plant Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements across the value stream, from suppliers to the end customer, and to support new product launches. You will lead cross-functional teams and apply RCA, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA while advancing Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and costs.

Qualifications
- Education: 4-year degree from an accredited university (Quality or Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Core competency in Root Cause Analysis, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Methodologies: Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to support manufacturing operations.
- Lead quality and cost-improvement projects.
- Support new product launches.
- Translate customer/process feedback into actionable plant improvements.
