Job summary

Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking a Facilities Operations and Quality Lead for its Indianapolis facility in Indiana. You will oversee daily production assignments, safety, quality standards, documentation, and payroll/HR support to ensure smooth branch operations and strong customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, solid regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, develop KPIs, and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience interpreting ASME, API, DOT, NBIC and regulatory codes.
• Ability to interpret quality audits and define corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation supports processes across facilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across the facility.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory codes and PM programs.
• Lead inspections and develop action plans with site leadership.
• Develop KPI's and data-driven quality improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for Indianapolis facility.
• Oversee payroll and HR functions to support branch operations.
• Train employees on SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support sales, supply chain, and customer visit coordination.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as needed.
