ROUSH in Livonia, MI is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and services to support the organization. You will lead a facilities technical team, manage budgets, and coordinate building services to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

The role requires an Associate's degree with 4+ years in facility management, strong communication, and project management skills. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 4 years of facility management experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and services including furniture, security, supplies, and repairs.
• Interact with diverse users and manage facilities maintenance staff.
• Plan and oversee short/long-term facilities projects and budgets.
• Handle purchasing, tracking, and receiving of supplies and equipment.
• Monitor compliance, lease management, and building services.
