Job summary

Roush is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, office furniture assemblies and HVAC troubleshooting at our Allen Park, MI campus.

You will travel daily between company facilities on the campus, provide maintenance support, and document work orders and timecards. A minimum of 3 years in industrial facility maintenance and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years general commercial / industrial facility maintenance experience.
• Able to diagnose basic plumbing, electrical and equipment malfunctions.
• Must have own hand tools; list provided upon hire.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Able to travel between buildings on campus using company pool vehicle or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities maintenance support such as plumbing, carpentry, door hardware, office furniture assemblies, minor electrical and fabrication.
• Provide solutions and operate independently on jobs that are assigned.
• Advise and research repair methods with team members.
• Enter work order comments and timecards.
