Job summary

Roush is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II in Allen Park, MI. The role involves general maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems, with daily travel between campus facilities.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and document work orders while ensuring safety and reliability of building systems. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3 years of facility maintenance experience, strong problem solving, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of general commercial/industrial facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose basic plumbing, electrical and equipment malfunctions.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities maintenance support including plumbing, carpentry, door hardware, office furniture assemblies, minor electrical and fabrication.
• Work independently on assigned jobs and research repair methods with team members.
• Enter work order comments and timecards.
• Travel daily between company facilities on the assigned campus.
