Job summary

Roush is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure projects finish on time and within budget at our Livonia, MI site. The role will collaborate across functions to manage stakeholder requirements and drive deliverables for launch and production.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication skills, capable of coordinating offices and shop activities while supporting material management and reporting for projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work on-site in Livonia, MI and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
• Assist in developing and executing small project plans.
• Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.
• Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports.
• Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.
• Support management of material for launch and production.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
