Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the supervision of facilities operations.
• Experience with multi-cultural students and staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and directing all daily activities related to campus facilities.
• Establishes and maintains high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
• Conducts regular facility inspections and schedules repairs.
• Manages preventative maintenance work order system.
• Resolves customer complaints and maintains good public relations.

Skills

In-depth working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and architectural systems

Knowledge of management/supervisory principles and practices

Knowledge of OSHA regulations

Ability to interpret architectural and schematic drawings

Experience in using MS Office, BAS, and work order software

Skilled in problem solving

Skilled in both written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education

Associate's Degree

First Class Stationary Engineer License

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
