The role requires a bachelor’s in business or engineering, 4+ years managing programs, 2+ years of leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. Great communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and at least 4 years of program management experience.
• 2+ years of formal or informal leadership experience.
• Knowledge of program management tools and processes (change control, risk identification, phase gate).
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple programs and teams from quote through completion.
• Manage financial targets, timing, and quality standards for projects.
• Lead, train, coach, and mentor program teams.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate materials, budgeting, and production for assigned programs.
