Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an Facilities Enablement Analyst to drive operational excellence within Facilities Operations.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement scalable tech solutions, and strengthen reporting capabilities across governance and asset management. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in process improvement, business operations, project coordination, business analytics, business intelligence, facilities operations, systems implementation, or related fields.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, analyzes, and improves Facilities operational processes, workflows, and business practices to increase efficiency, standardization, scalability, and overall service effectiveness
• Identifies and implements opportunities to leverage facilities systems, reporting tools, automation solutions, and AI-enabled technologies to reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and enhance operational performance.
• Develops, maintains, and analyzes dashboards, KPIs, reports, and business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across Facilities Operations.
• Leads or supports cross-functional projects and initiatives involving process improvement, technology implementation, operational excellence, compliance programs, vendor management, asset management, and Facilities Enablement objectives.
• Partners with Facilities, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement sustainable solutions, and drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Establishes and maintains governance standards, documentation, training materials, and operating procedures while monitoring performance metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
