You will partner with Facilities Managers, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors to optimize performance, develop dashboards, and deliver executive reporting that informs strategic decisions. The role emphasizes process standardization, continuous improvement, and mentoring team members while exploring emerging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; coursework in business, accounting, computer science and data management
• Minimum of five years in program management, operations, or consulting, preferably retail/hospitality
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Drive standardized processes and data-driven solutions across vendor management, work orders, asset management, compliance, and more
• Oversee cross-functional projects with Facilities Managers, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors to improve processes and service delivery
• Analyze facilities data and trends; develop dashboards and insights to support data-driven decisions and strategic planning
• Evaluate workflows; standardize processes; implement best practices; leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions to boost efficiency and quality
• Conduct root cause analyses; coordinate stakeholders; implement corrective actions; monitor KPIs and SLAs
• Mentor teammates; promote data literacy and continuous improvement; support AI adoption and scalable tech solutions
