Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Enablement Analyst to drive operational excellence across Facilities Operations. The role focuses on process improvement, technology enablement, workflow automation, and data analytics to reduce manual effort and improve user experience.

You will partner with Facilities, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors to implement scalable solutions, establish governance, and support strategic initiatives in compliance, asset management, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in process improvement, business operations, project coordination, or analytics.
• Experience with facilities operations and systems implementation is a plus.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, analyzes, and improves facilities processes to increase efficiency, standardization, and scalability.
• Identifies and implements opportunities to leverage facilities systems, reporting tools, and automation.
• Develops dashboards, KPIs, reports, and BI solutions for data-driven decisions.
• Leads cross-functional projects on process improvement and technology adoption.
• Gathers requirements and drives adoption of new processes and tools; maintains governance.

Summary of Job Description:The Facilities Enablement Analyst supports Facilities Operations by driving operational excellence through process improvement, technology enablement, workflow automation, business intelligence, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with Facilities Managers, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to evaluate business processes, improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and implement scalable solutions that support Facilities operations. The Analyst serves as a key contributor in modernizing Facilities Support functions by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage technology, strengthen reporting capabilities, establish governance standards, and reduce manual effort.
