Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Services Coordinator to manage daily workplace operations, MAC activities, and service vendor relations across Apple campuses. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficient support for employees and visitors.

The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and attention to detail. It offers opportunities to lead continuous improvement, optimize space usage, and collaborate with global facilities peers on standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management/workplace services experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and service providers against SLAs and scopes of work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Coordinate MAC, moves, adds, and changes; support events and campus activities.
• Manage work orders, audits, inspections, and compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with vendors, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports and communicate status updates for management and partners.
