Job summary

Keenova in Malvern, PA is seeking a Manager, Facilities Management to lead maintenance, operations, and vendor management for the facility. The role oversees daily building operations and reports to the Associate Director of Facilities, with one direct report—the Facilities Coordinator.

Responsibilities include budgeting, project leadership, safety compliance, and liaison with the property manager and internal partners to ensure smooth site operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in facilities management or a related function.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with facilities software.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop facilities staff to maintain service levels and safety training.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, repairs, and replacement planning for cost efficiency.
• Manage vendors and service providers ensuring quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Develop annual operating budgets and capital plans for equipment and improvements.
• Lead facility projects such as renovations, expansions, and installations for business needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, OSHA, EPA, NRC, and building codes.
• Liaise with the property manager and internal departments on site operations and access.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, equipment service records, and incident logs.
• Prepare reports for senior management and handle other duties as needed.
