Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Manager, Facilities Management in Malvern, PA to lead maintenance, operations, and vendor management for the Malvern facility. You will supervise a Facilities Coordinator, manage budgets, and drive safety and regulatory compliance across building systems.

The role requires 5–10 years in facilities management, strong communication and planning skills, and experience with vendor contracts.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organization and planning skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn specific software used in the Facilities department.

Responsibilities

Lead facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, equipment installations, and operational improvements that support business needs.
Manage, coach, and develop facilities staff to maintain strong service levels, appropriate staffing coverage, and required safety and technical training.
Oversee maintenance, inspections, repairs, and replacement planning to ensure building systems remain safe, reliable, and cost effective.
Develop annual operating budgets, monitor monthly spend, and prepare capital plans and cost estimates for equipment, furniture, construction, and facility improvement needs.
Ensure facility procedures and contractor activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, including safety, environmental, OSHA, EPA, NRC, and building code standards.
