Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to track and present operational metrics for power consumption and maintenance expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Create detailed reports on maintenance activities and safety issues.
• Oversee contractors, quotes, SLAs, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Delegate maintenance tasks to team members to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and 5S principles.
