Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or two years' experience in building conversion activities and mechanical repair.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and building systems.
• Familiarity with safety programs and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and snow removal.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate event-related staff.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Manage budgets for labor, consumables and major repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety procedures are followed.
