Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical/plumbing/HVAC/EVS positions.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with the Director and Manager of Facilities and schedule work.
• Prepare weekly team member schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building mechanical systems and tools, on time.
• Assign janitorial duties and inspect for quality standards.
• Oversee cleaning, gaming floor, banquet hall, conference rooms, and all facilities on site.
• Ensure inventory and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Develop cost estimates for requested projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff using CMMS for maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with codes and report deficiencies.
• Identify and implement safety improvements and cost-effective modifications.
• Communicate with guests to resolve facility issues.
• Participate in hiring and training of new staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
