Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure venue cleanliness, safety, and optimal operation. You will oversee building-related activities, coordinate repairs, and supervise the facilities team to maintain high standards and ready the venue for events.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• Hands-on skills with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect venue to determine repairs or renovations needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule maintenance with outside vendors as needed.
• Oversee upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Supervise facilities staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare facilities for weather changes and seasonal shifts.
• Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
• Inform management of major repairs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
