Live Nation Entertainment in Louisville, KY is seeking a Facilities Assistant (Part-time) to help manage maintenance crews and oversee event support spaces. You will assist with daily operations, safety compliance, and record-keeping across HVAC, fire systems, and custodial inventories.

The role requires hands-on maintenance knowledge, ability to read plans, and strong teamwork to coordinate with staff, contractors, and event crews during shows and tours at the venue.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Extensive event coordination experience.
• Experience maintaining public assembly facility systems.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specs.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift moderately heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and inspect maintenance crews.
• Oversee daily operations and event setup/break-down.
• Maintain records for fire inspections, HVAC, inventory, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance with vendors and clients.
• Maintain building opening/closing procedures.
• Support production department as needed.
