Job summary

JLL in Dallas seeks a Facilities Manager to be the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and Account Director in delivering high-quality services. You will oversee plant operations teams, including maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance, while managing budgets and vendor performance.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with MSAs, training staff in approved practices, and maintaining building systems to support critical operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility management or maintenance supervision.
• Proven budget and personnel management experience.
• Strong organizational skills in matrixed environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Vendor management experience, including after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations team and ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance programs run efficiently.
• Manage Master Services Agreement compliance and related amendments.
• Oversee facility spend and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Track KPI/SLA and recommend improvements.
• Provide oversight of maintenance projects and vendor activities.
• Ensure staff training and safe work practices.
