Qualifications

• 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• 5 years of experience in facilities management, construction, asset management, or a related position.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of main campus facilities operations and maintenance, including site, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building envelope, roofing, irrigation, and interior finishes.
• Oversee on-demand and preventive maintenance requests through work order systems ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Direct daily workload and dispatch of maintenance and engineering staff and contractors across campus buildings.
• Oversee building automation and management systems for HVAC, lighting, sequencing, and alarms.
• Coordinate with vendors for facility services, capital projects, and lifecycle planning.
• Maintain safety training and contractor safety compliance; serve as point of contact for incidents and escalation.
