Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of community properties and amenities. The role requires coordination of upkeep, safety, and records while building strong relationships with boards, staff, and contractors.

You will manage preventative maintenance, budgeting, and vendor supervision, ensuring facilities operate smoothly and safely for residents and staff. The position is on-site within our Arizona communities.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities management.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with Board, staff, residents, volunteers, and contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of grounds maintenance.
• Strong supervisory skills to manage employees, contractors and vendors.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in community associations, country clubs, or parks and recreation is preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk long distances.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of association-owned properties.
• Inspect facilities and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and oversee work.
• Maintain facility records and generate reports.
• Set up rooms and amenities; assist with budgeting and monitoring performance.
• Ensure signage, lighting, gates and safety equipment are operational.
• Provide light carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work as needed.
