  • Manage a 24/7 workforce, including supervisors and technicians, ensuring safety and technical proficiency.
  • Oversee critical leak response and exhaust balancing activities to maintain safety and environmental compliance.

  • Experience: Managing 24/7 industrial operations with a focus on high-availability/uptime KPIs.
  • Experience: Managing a tiered leadership structure (Supervisors → Technicians).
  • Experience: Proven ability to manage \"change points\" (transitioning systems from construction/commissioning to operations).
  • Experience: Overseeing critical incident response (e.g., leak response, emergency system failures).
  • Operational Expertise: Mastery of uptime/availability metrics and preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Commissioning Knowledge: Ability to manage exhaust balancing and system commissioning within a live production environment.
  • Change Point Management: Expert ability to hand over systems from construction teams to operational teams without production impact.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CMMS/EAM software for maintenance tracking.
