Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop facilities staff; conduct evaluations.
• Schedule daily activities and mentor team.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Conduct facility inspections for compliance and efficiency.
