Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources with internal teams, vendors, and department heads to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Maintain understanding of facility management practices and manage both unionized and non-unionized workforces.
• Develop and track an annual maintenance schedule and communicate with stakeholders.
