Job summary

Kentucky Lottery Corporation is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and expansion of our corporate facilities, equipment, and grounds. You will drive long‑term facility improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with leadership on business continuity planning.

The role requires strong leadership, budget and project management skills, and deep knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Trade School courses required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in facilities, warehouse, and contract management including environmental controls, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Must have working knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning including low pressure boilers and two pipe loop systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Works with Facilities personnel to ensure environmental equipment including HVAC is functional and well maintained; maintains records of equipment owned or leased; ensures service intervals and performance levels are met.
• Directs contracted projects to ensure adherence to KLC specifications; prepares construction specifications; seeks engineering input when needed.
