Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Compliance Statutes; Building Codes and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Participates in transformation and execution of construction project management within the University's Facilities Management.
• Monitors milestone metrics and adjusts plans to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Oversees consultant and contractor performance to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Ensures end-user input into design, construction, and warranty phases.
• Recommends and implements process improvements for project governance and decision making.
• Maintains timely communications with customers and stakeholders.
