Responsibilities

• Inspect building, properties and facility equipment and reporting repairs and recommendations to the Service Center Manager.
• Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure quality and standards are met.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks within the building and on the property.
• Handle minor repairs and maintain outdoor areas.
• Complete weekly and monthly Service Center audits.
• Complete monthly inspections.
• Clean the dock, yard, and office.
• Sweep and empty trash cans.
• Organize work areas and tasks.
• Report known defects of equipment to Operations Supervisor on duty.
• Work shifts flexibly and adapt assignments as needed.
• Interact effectively with customers and company personnel.
• Lift and carry boxes without assistance.
• Report accidents and injuries immediately to Operations Supervisor on duty.
• Follow all company safety requirements
