Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities. The role coordinates routine maintenance, custodial services, and minor repairs to keep the workspace safe, clean, and functional.

Under the Director of Facilities, you will triage service requests in CMMS, assist with office moves, and help maintain building systems and equipment. The position may require local travel and occasional on-call hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years facilities experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as E-Maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and fulfill service requests using CMMS. Maintain CMMS data and workflows; serve as primary contact with CMMS vendor.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for building equipment; coordinate service calls.
• Administer access control systems and generate reports as needed.
• Participate in building inspections and identify conditions needing attention.
• Perform or coordinate minor repairs and custodial tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Coordinate office relocations and new workspace setups with IT and external vendors.
