Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operation and maintenance of company facilities in Rockville, MD. You will manage maintenance requests, coordinate custodial services, and assist with office moves under the Director of Facilities.

The role requires basic building trades knowledge, CMMS experience (e.g., E-Maintenance), a valid driver's license, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks with attention to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years related facilities experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems, such as E-Maintenance, preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and fulfill service requests using CMMS.
• Monitor and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance with BAS.
• Administer access control (C-CURE) and generate reports.
• Participate in building inspections and coordinate moves.
• Perform minor repairs and custodial tasks as needed.
