Job summary

Collin College in Frisco, Texas seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance and operations across multiple campuses, supervising a team of 15-20 professionals and managing a budget of $5M-$10M.

You will oversee renewal projects, contract services, and ensure compliance with EPA, NFPA, TDLR, and related regulations while driving preventive maintenance programs across all buildings.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement procedures for efficient operation of campuses.
• Develop, implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs for HVAC and building systems.
• Recruit, train, and supervise facilities staff.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, Fire Codes and related regulations.
• Develop bid specs and manage vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and annual planning for facilities operations.
• Oversee multiple contractors for custodial, electrical, HVAC and other services.
• Coordinate with event staff for campus setups.
• Maintain records of maintenance and equipment inventories.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
