Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with 2 years of facilities leadership in a large complex facility.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procedures for efficient campus operations.
• Lead training programs for facilities staff and supervise personnel.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and energy programs for HVAC and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, and contractors; manage records.
