Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct coordination of Maintenance, Landscaping, Security, and Environmental Services.
• Establish and administer programs to maintain building and equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and required testing.
• Assist with budget balancing for Maintenance and Security.
• Coordinate training, record-keeping, and inventory management.
• Supervise department staff and coordinate work schedules.
• Ensure facilities meet safety and project needs with IT as needed.
• Verify completion of work and address deficiencies.
• Prepare and monitor environmental and facilities programs.
