Qualifications

• Ten years of experience with two years of facilities leadership in a large complex facility.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required; may drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning and administration of facilities maintenance and operations.
• Lead a team of 15-20 professionals and manage a budget of $5M-$10M.
• Oversee renewal and replacement projects and multiple contracted services.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, Fire Codes, and all federal/state/local ordinances.
• Coordinate with event teams for campus setups and manage outside contractors.
